Student work – Tibetan inspired Prayer Flags to Spread Blessings through the Community

Student work, Prayer Flags. One says Gratitude and one says Kindness.

We made these in a class I taught at a healthcare wellness center. Inspired by Tibetan Prayer Flags, we printed with silkscreen ink to make these lovely flags.

The idea is that you hang them outside on your porch and as the breeze blows through them, the blessings spread out to the community.

This was a lot of fun and I’ll be teaching this again this summer.

It’s been a very inky month! I’ve taught seven classes so far and they all involved silkscreen ink.
