Today’s creativity tip comes to us from art therapist Shelley Klammer. I loved what she wrote here so much that I had to make an image-quote of it!

It grabbed me because I know this to be true. Having taken all the online classes with Lisa Sonora, I have experienced this for myself. When we can make art in a process oriented way, not thinking at all about the outcome, we make better art.

Easy for me to say, right? Luckily, there are teachers that can help you get there. Shelley Klammer has an overwhelming amount of free journaling and collage prompts, as well as a large selection of reasonably price eCourses.

And Lisa Sonora’s classes have been life-changing and art-changing for me. You can read what I wrote about one of her classes, here.
