Through the Windshield Photo Series

I have this series of photos I do, called Through the Windshield, that I started once I committed to carrying a camera with me almost all the time.  Even if I can’t get out of the car — either because it’s not safe or I don’t have time — I’ll still take pictures.  It’s one of my ways of fitting as much art as possible into my life.

Yesterday, driving into teach an art class, I came up to a red light with this amazing sight against a perfect blue sky.  I pulled over to take a series of pictures, here’s my favorite.
